Dulcinea Duck
Looney Tunes OC. Dulcinea Duck is Daffy Duck's "dream girl" and a character I created. She was originally called "Dolly Duck" but I changed it to Dulcinea Duck, because it sounded a little more exotic and partly because it keeps in tune with the "Dream Girl" theme (Dulcinea was the name of Don Quixote's fictional love interest in Miguel De Cervantes' novel "Don Quixote".) However, unlike the mad knight's fictional leading lady, Dulcinea proves to be the real deal for the "dethpicable" Daffy. Her character/personality is inspired by/based on Whitney Houston (the musical talent and "tragic innocence"), Sophia Loren (the fierce independence, fiery strength of character and her Italian ethnicity) and Grace Kelly (her "Rear Window" sophistication).
